Advertise in the Imperial Session Souvenir Program

Here is your opportunity to advertise in the 2023 Imperial Session Souvenir Program. Place an advertisement for your business, Lodge or Shrine Center. You can also take the opportunity to congratulate Imperial Sir Kenny Craven and Imperial Sir Ed Stolze for their dedicated service. Pricing is listed below and is on a first come first serve basis regarding location within the program.

Dear Potentate/Recorder/Parade Marshal,

The Imperial Session 2023 Parade will take place Tuesday, July 4, at 6 p.m. in Concord, North Carolina. Please use the parade registration link above to submit your Shrine Center parade entries. Shrine Centers are responsible for registering their parade units as a group. Individual units, please do not register on your own. The deadline for your Shriner Center parade registration is May 31, 2023!

A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted along with your registration. Please add Shriners International Session 2023, Inc. and Shriners International as an additional insured on your Certificate of Insurance. This certificate can be uploaded during registration or emailed to ImperialParade2023@gmail.com.

The Parade Marshal’s meeting is scheduled on Sunday, July 2, 2023. This meeting will take place in the Tryon room at the Westin Hotel at 10 a.m. It is required that your designated Shrine Center Parade Marshal or responsible Noble, attend for parade review and updates.

Overnight parade vehicle parking will be available at the Oasis Shrine Center, 604 Doug Mayes Place, Charlotte, NC 28262, during Imperial Session week. Due to Shrine Center events, parade vehicle parking will be designated only to the upper grassy lot.
